The gentlemen who first measured the screens and quoted the job was friendly and gave good advice. Once we went ahead with the job I appreciated your office staff calling me on a regular basis to keep me up to date with where the grills were in the manufacturing process (very reassuring), and then George (I think that was his name) was professional (turned up on time!) and did a great job ensuring he cleaned up and checked every grill to ensure it was perfect before leaving.
